About the Lecture

Andy Shearer

Take a trip back to the dawn of creation with Ireland's best known astronomer to the time of the so called "The Big Bang".  See how the Stars and our own Solar System of planets were formed.  Find out about the latest missions to our near neighbours - Mars and Saturn. Learn about Nebulae, Black Holes, Novae etc.  This lecture is for anyone wanting to learn more about the Universe around them, where we all came from and indeed where we are all heading.
