Date/Time: Beginning Thursday 11 October 2007  in the Schrodinger Theatre, Physics Building, Trinity College, Dublin 2, at 7:30pm 

NB: There will be a second registration night on October 18 for those of you that have missed the first night.

Description:

There will be 8 classes.
2 hours per night.
You must book in advance Online Booking Form or by calling (01) 847 0777 Monday to Saturday until 6pm.  Any enquires regarding the classes should be sent to the  classes@astronomy.ie

Course Content:

Each class lasts for two hours with a 10-15 minute break. The style is informal and questions are very much encouraged. There is no mathematical content and the course is designed for the beginner. The course has been designed to give the student a solid foundation in astronomy allowing them to appreciate the night sky.
