Astronomy Ireland is holding Nationwide Solar Eclipse Watches (venues around Ireland are listed below) on Monday October 3. The Sun of course is our nearest Star.  

Do not look directly at the sun as it will immediately blind you.

Astronomy Ireland recommends the use of inexpensive AstroSolar Filter which you can buy from our Shop.  Location map.
